Here is another tool that I could not live without. Radmin makes it so much easier to log on to a remote PC anywhere in the world and help administer them. Install the server on the PC and the viewer on your local PC and point the IP address and the port you set it to and that’s it. Don’t forget to add the user account with the correct permissions. This program is worth the money.

As a password manager RoboForm has some features that are very useful. Most particular is that when setting a clients PC I do not have to share the password of a site with them. I can safely store the passwords within RoboForm and still give everyone freedom of using the RoboForm Toolbar to log on to a site. RoboForm is set up to have a user password and an administrator password. With the Free version you can store up to 10 bookmarks with passwords (passcards). I highly recommend this if you have users who need to access websites but doesn’t need to know the passwords to all the sites. This is a great tool for remote administrator.
